Short company description:

We’re a Holistic Wellness Center that focuses on whole body health.
Working on inflammation, circulation, and recharging to encourage the body to heal itself & improve quality of life.

How do you define success?

Success, to me, is living and working in alignment while maintaining my health, energy, and presence. It means having a regulated nervous system, a strong and capable body, and the capacity to fully show up for my family, my clients, and my community. Success is doing meaningful work that addresses root causes, empowers others, and is built with integrity, sustainability, and purpose. It’s having enough stability and structure to support growth without burnout, and enough freedom to live with clarity, balance, and long-term well-being.

What inspires you to keep growing and learning as a leader?

What inspires me to keep growing as a leader is knowing that the more I develop myself, the more I can support the people around me, my team, my clients, and my family. This work is always evolving, and staying curious, learning, and refining my approach helps me show up with more clarity, better decisions, and a greater ability to lead by example.

What impact do you hope to leave on your organization or industry?

I want to raise the standard for what people expect from wellness, moving beyond quick fixes and helping people understand how to support their bodies in a more complete way. Within my organization, I want to build a space where both clients and practitioners grow, feel supported, and operate with integrity.

Who do you admire in the industry and why?

I admire the great Kinesiologists, they were pioneers in working with the body in an incredible way. Mixing western and traditional Chinese medicine.

What lessons from sports have you applied to your personal life and career?

Tenacity and perseverance are the biggest lessons I have carried into my life and career. I was a competitive swimmer and Rugby player. Swimming required extensive training and endurance. Driving home the lesson of perseverance. Rugby taught tenacity in grinding it out in the scrimmage and always pushing forward.

What strategies do you use to improve your performance?

I focus on taking care of my body and nervous system so I can show up at my best. That includes regular movement, breathwork, and quiet time to reset, along with paying attention to my energy and stress levels so I don’t run myself into burnout. I’m always learning, refining my skills, and applying what I learn in real life, not just in theory. I also use simple routines and structure to stay grounded, grow steadily, and keep moving in the right direction

Can You Discuss a Time When You Had to Work with a Team to Achieve a Goal?

Opening our new wellness center was very much a team effort. There were a lot of moving parts, from build-out decisions and equipment to permits, scheduling, and figuring things out as we went. Everyone brought different strengths, and we had to communicate constantly, adapt when plans changed, and stay flexible under pressure. Some days were smooth, other days required problem-solving on the fly, but we kept moving forward by staying connected and focused on the bigger picture. My role was to help keep things grounded and moving in the right direction. I focused on listening, staying organized, and making sure the team felt supported and clear on priorities. Keeping the “why” front and center helped us work through challenges without burning out. In the end, opening the center wasn’t just about completing a project, it was about building something together through trust, shared responsibility, and steady effort.
