Tell me a time you failed forward and what you learned from the experience
A regulatory visit that had a poor outcome, it gave me the opportunity to lead through failure. I was terribly disappointed but had to maintain a positive approach with the team.
What are your biggest obstacles and barriers to success?
Finding those that are passionate about senior living to join our organization.
What is the proudest moment of your leadership career?
There are not just one, leading teams is my proudest accomplishment.
