We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic with 2 Jacksonville locations specializing in auto injury recovery, vestibular therapy, and safety/balance in the senior population.
Tell me a time you failed forward and what you learned from the experience
I invested in an all inclusive billing company that turned out to have no idea what they were doing and cost us a lot of money. Through that failure our whole staff has learned so much about the entire billing process and I have been able to get a much more in depth understanding of our billing/reimbursement numbers.
What are your biggest obstacles and barriers to success?
Long answer short, staffing. Some points during the year it feels like we are overstaffed while others it feels like we are understaffed.
What is the proudest moment of your leadership career?
When our patients tell me how amazing they were treated from the first visit all the way through the last.
