Nate Polete is a proven leader with more than 25 years of experience in servant leadership, operations management, and community engagement. With a 30-year partnership history with the United States Postal Service, Nate brings a strong background in logistics and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Bellevue University and most recently served as General Manager for Pitney Bowes, managing operations across Jacksonville and Orlando.
Nate is especially proud of his work fostering partnerships with vocational rehabilitation agencies in Northeast Florida, creating job opportunities for individuals with disabilities and promoting workplace inclusivity.
Merlyne Polete is a dedicated registered nurse with over 33 years of healthcare experience, including oncology, clinical research, senior care, and health plan auditing. Born and raised in Hawaii, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaii. Merlyne is passionate about helping individuals live safely and independently with access to the right mobility solutions.
Together, Nate and Merlyne have been married for over 22 years and have called Northeast Florida home for more than a decade. As local owners of Mobility City, they are committed to serving their community with compassion, integrity, and exceptional customer care.
